206 – Kid's Overmitts or Insulated Mittens
Multi-Sized Pattern for Children: Sizes SM, MD, LG
Skill Level: 2, Easy
Overmittens protect against rain, snow, and wind and are worn over smaller mittens or gloves for extra warmth. This sewing pattern creates an easy-to-sew version of overmittens with options for Cordura fabric for the palm for better gripping, as well as insulated mittens that can be used on their own. These mittens have an outer layer and insulating lining. Adjustable D-ring straps help keep the mittens closed at the wrists to keep out the weather.
