Surcingle Buckle - Multiple sizes and Materials
The Surcingle is also known as a Hook & Eye Buckle or a Cinch Buckle (also Overalls Buckle). Easy-to-use, it lies flat and secure. Commonly used to connect webbing and cordage, in slings and harnesses, and to adjust belts and tie-downs. These can also be used for overalls. Surcingle buckles are often used to secure horse blankets; can also be used for boat or equipment covers.
Note: these 2-piece buckles are not meant to support extremely heavy weight loads, and are best suited for use securing webbing, leather, and cloth.
Several sizes and types available:
- 1" Nickel. Meant for 1" webbing.
- 1.5" Bright Brass. Meant for 1.5" webbing.
- 1.5" Black Matte. Brass plated zinc die cast. Meant for 1.5" webbing
- 1.5" Gunmetal (dark gray). Black Nickel plated zinc die cast. Meant for 1.5" webbing.
- 1.5" Black sturdy plastic (Derlin). Meant for 1.5" wide webbing. This one comes with a slider on the hook end for easy tightening.
- 2"Bright Brass. Meant for 2" webbing
- 2" Nickel. Meant for 2" webbing. Nickel-plated steel. Loop ends are flat.
- 2" Black Matte. Black Nickel plated zinc die cast. Meant for 2" webbing
