523 – Adult's Fish Lake Cargo Rain Pants Pattern

Multi-sized Pattern For Adults:  SM - 2XL     Size Chart

Skill Level:  2, Easy (without pockets); 3, Medium (with pockets)

Make up a pair of rain pants that are functional and easy to sew with this Fish Lake Cargo Rain Pants sewing pattern.  The pattern features front flap cargo pockets, back flap pockets with hidden zippers, back zippers in the legs for easy pull-on over boots and a velcro tab to tighten.  An elastic waist and an inner leg gusset provide comfort and room.  Make these up as a cargo pant with multiple pockets for all the things you need or leave off the pockets for a classic rain pant. 

Suggested Fabrics:
Lightweight waterproof, waterproof breathable, or water repellent fabric; or cotton twill or denim.

Notions:
Polyester thread, two 7" (18cm) pocket zippers, two 9" (23cm) non-separating zippers, 1-1/4 yd (1.2m) 1" (2.5cm) firm elastic, 1/2 yd (.46m) 3/4" (2cm) velcro.
