Multi-Sized Pattern - Sizes XS-2XL Size Chart
Skill Level: 2, Easy
For sailors, fishermen, hikers, or any one who goes outdoors in all kinds of weather -- this hat pattern is for you! Sew up this wide-brimmed waterproof hat with a contrast crown for wearing out and about. The pattern has a choice for two brim sizes (All-Weather Hat is a smaller brim; Heavy-Weather is a wider brim and longer in the back), plus a cozy micro-fleece lined crown. The elastic and velcroon the band make it easy to adjust, and keep the brim up when needed. Add the earflaps for warmth, or make it from a lightweight woven fabric for a great sunhat!
Fabric Suggestions:
Crown and Brim Outer Fabric: Lightweight waterproof fabrics such as Ultrex, Goretex, coated nylon taffeta, or lightweight pack cloth.
