RS500 Pullover Rain Pants

Sizes: Children Sizes 2-12; Adult's 28-44

This is a basic rain pant pattern that sews together quickly and easily. The design is simple and suitable for general purpose wear in adverse weather. These pants are sized to go over your other clothing and the legs are full enough to slide on over your shoes or boots. No outside leg seam is present which further simplifies the pattern and make the finished pants quite weatherproof even without seam sealing. The waistband is elasticized and velcro tabs allow the cuffs to be closed around the ankle (a must for bicycling). Lastly, an optional interior pocket is included which hangs from the waistband. All great features for your outdoor adventures and work.

Children's Sizes (60" wide fabric):  Size 2-4: 5/8 yd; Size 6: 1 yd; Size 8-10: 1-3/8 yd; Size 12: 1-1/2 yd
Adult Sizes (60" wide fabric): Sizes 28-32: 1-3/4 yd; Sizes 34-40: 2 yd; Sizes 42-44: 2-1/8 yd

Notions:
Thread, 4” of 1-1/2" wide Hook Fastener, 10" of 1-1/2” wide Loop Fastener, 1” wide elastic - 3/4 yard for child (1 yard for adult, 1-1/4 yard for adult over size 36).
